
The New Mexico Crochet Guild serves Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. The New Mexico Crochet Guild is a member of the Crochet Guild of America. Our goals are to teach and preserve the art of crochet. All levels of expertise are welcome, from beginners to experts to designers. Chapter dues are $25 a year.

The Guild meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 1:30pm. We meet at Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 8600 Academy NE in Albuquerque in Room 407 of the Adult Ed Building (park in the south parking lot) but not in December. After a business meeting, we will have a program. Below is a table of the programs scheduled for 2026.

The Crochet Guild is collecting 10 inch squares to complete Comfort-ghans for members in need. Please use 4-ply worsted weight yarn and choose any kind of square of any color. Please give to Ruth. This will be an on-going request.

New Mexico Crochet Guild supports several community programs for charities.
We collect lap size afghans and chemo caps to give to UNM Hospital Cancer Center (lap afghans can be any size, chemo caps can be for any age)
We also collect baby blankets, booties and baby hats to donate to CareNet.
We collect hats, scarves and mittens to donate to various organizations – give to Laura
